The Deputy Chief of Mission, Bisola Ojikutu, congratulated a Congolese delegation comprising Magistrate Moufouta Christin, Judge at the First Civil Chamber and the Third Criminal Chamber, the Territorial Commander of the Judicial Police for the Cuvette region, Dzoubalet Guy Blaise Flavia, Second Lieutenant Atta Rodheine, Commander of the Ouenze Territorial Brigade, and Second Lieutenant Moundoko MBecket Lingothe Stevy Presly, Officer on duty in the Judicial Research Section of the Ouesso Gendarmerie Region during a November 8 meeting at the US Embassy in Brazzaville. With U.S. support, they are taking part from November 13 to 17 at the International Law Enforcement Academy in Gaborone, Botswana, in an advanced interviewing training program for law enforcement investigators. The program is designed to enhance the skills of law enforcement professionals when conducting interviews with victims, witnesses and suspects, a subject of great importance to both the USA and Congo.
