Security Message for U.S. Citizens: Military Training Exercises through Thursday

The Congolese Military will be conducting training exercises within Brazzaville from February 17 – 19.  During this time you may hear noises, such as explosions and gunfire, which are common during military exercises.  This is a planned training exercise and there is no reason for concern.
