Ambassador Eugene Young congratulated a Congolese delegation selected for a training program in Gaborone

On Wednesday, October 11, Ambassador Eugene Young congratulated a Congolese delegation composed of Magistrate Moutoueba Loukombo Ronald, Deputy Prosecutor at the High Court of Brazzaville, Commander Mouanda Vincent, Captain Ompa Sosthène, and Lieutenant Kilebe Bel from the police forces. With support from the United States, they are headed to the International Law Enforcement Academy in Gaborone, Botswana, to attend an advanced training program on narcotics investigations from October 16 to 20.  The course will provide practical exercises that highlight the importance of cooperation in the fight against drug trafficking.  This training will help participants combat international drug trafficking an important priority for the United States and Congo.
